These filters are recommended for filtering town mains water and are commonly used as replacement cartridges for systems per images 2-5. This carbon block will effectively reduce / remove chlorine from water to +/- 450,000L.

1uM sediment filters remove / reduce dirt, debris, sand, silt, clay, particles and turbidity in water

0.5uM nominal high volume coconut shell carbon block filters remove / reduce chlorine, volatile organic compounds as well as a wide range of impurities / chemicals in water and improve taste and odour and will filter out parasitic micro-organisms if present like giardia, cryptosporidium, blastocyst and cysts
