NB Note: It is non-compliant to install filters to town mains water supply under constant hydro-static pressure if they do not have Watermark certification and your plumber may refuse to install this unit to mains supply if you select the option without Watermark. If only used on tank water without any connection to town mains water supply it is optional to get Watermark certification.
How It Works: The LED-4R UV sterilises water by using powerful LED lights to neutralise harmful microorganisms such as bacteria, viruses, protozoa, and cysts like Cryptosporidium and Giardia.

Water Quality Requirements: For best performance, water should meet the following conditions:
- Operating water temperature: 0-45°C
- Hardness: <120 mg/L
- Manganese: <0.05 mg/L
- Iron: <0.3 mg/L
- Turbidity: <1 NTU
- Tannins: <0.1 mg/L

Spun Sediment Filter: Removes sediment (rust, dirt, leaves, dust, particles, clay, and debris).

5 Micron Carbon Block Filter: Reduces chlorine, odour, taste, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), pesticides, herbicides, insecticides, and other chemical impurities.

0.5 Micron Silver Infused Carbon Block: Removes/reduces everything the 5-micron filter does, plus cryptosporidium, giardia, blastocysts, cysts, and parasitic microorganisms. Silver filters are bacteriostatic, helping to reduce bacterial growth within the filter.

0.5 Micron Heavy Metals Filter: Reduces heavy metals (including lead by 80-85% on average over the filter's lifespan), chlorine, odour, taste, VOCs, giardia, cryptosporidium, blastocysts, cysts, and other impurities.

0.5 Micron Chloramine Filter*: Reduces chloramines, chlorine, odour, taste, VOCs, pesticides, herbicides, insecticides, and parasitic micro-organisms and cysts (giardia, cryptosporidium, blastocysts), and other impurities.
*Fluoride removal is more difficult than that of most other elements. The most efficient filters for fluoride reduction that we provide are the chloramine carbon blocks. Reduces fluoride (by 80% on average over the filter's lifespan), chlorine, odour, taste, VOCs, giardia, cryptosporidium, blastocysts, cysts, and other impurities.
For tank water we recommend that you choose the 0.5µm sediment filter and the 0.5µm silver-infused carbon block for superior filtration and bacterial protection

- The 350kpa PRV + NRV (Image 6) extends the life of the system by reducing pressure and preventing housing cracks. The leak stop device (Image 7) shuts off the water supply if a leak occurs.
Compatibility: This system is compatible with all standard 10" x 2.5" water filter cartridges.

Filters should be replaced every 6-12 months, depending on environmental factors.
This unit has a 36-month warranty which is subject to our warranty terms and conditions, regular filter changes to be done as recommended using our replacement filters, media and consumables and is installed with a pressure reducing valve and leak shut off device.
Regulatory Compliance: In line with regulatory standards, any water filter system under constant water pressure must include an AS3497-approved pressure-reducing valve and back-flow prevention device. We also recommend installing a leak detector shut-off device with any water filter or reverse osmosis system under constant pressure.
